I
Fees & Insurance
Seeking therapy is a meaningful investment in your wellbeing. I strive to offer care that is both specialized and accessible, while also supporting the sustainability of the practice.
Session Fees
Individual therapy sessions are $140 per 50-minute session.
Payment is due at the time of service unless insurance benefits apply.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurances:
Medicare,Medicaid,BCBS, Aetna,TriCare,Optum
I will submit claims according to your plan’s benefits. We can discuss what to expect regarding copays, deductibles, and coverage prior to beginning therapy. Please note: I am in the process of credentialing with other insurance providers and will update this information to reflect any additional insurances accepted.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available based on financial need. Sliding scale spaces are intended to help increase access to specialized eating disorder and trauma therapy for those who may not otherwise be able to engage in treatment.
If cost is a concern, you are welcome to reach out to discuss current availability.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many clients choose to use out-of-network benefits in order to work with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders and trauma. If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, I can provide documentation (often called a superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Private Pay
Some clients prefer to pay privately for therapy. This can offer greater flexibility, increased privacy, and the ability to focus fully on treatment goals rather than insurance requirements.
Questions About Payment
If you have questions about fees, insurance, or sliding scale availability, I encourage you to reach out. We can explore options together.
